Yellow Pages Project

(This is a ficticious business.) The phone numbers, addresses, and Url are not linked to anything.

  • The product or service could not be one that currently exists.
  • The ad could not be crude, rude, or socially unacceptable.
  • The ad had to contain the following:
    • Trademark or logo
    • Brand Name
    • Phone #, local & toll free
    • Features of the service
    • Business location
    • Business hours
    • E-mail address
    • Be colorful

Banner Ad Project

This ad is not linked to anything. It is just a SAMPLE banner ad and done in a Word document, not a graphics program..
In this project, I had to produce a Banner Ad for the Internet. The following criteria had to be met to receive full credit for the project:
  • The Banner Advertisement had to conform to the AMA Code of Internet Ethics.
  • Ownership of information regulations could not be violated. The ideas, photos, and phrases had to be entirely my own.
  • The rights of privacy, ownership were acknowledged. Permission from the parents of the children in the photos was obtained.
  • Acces in reference to user accounts, passwords and other information is not applicable, because this ad requires none.
  • Privacy aspects are not related since I am asking for no information from the user. No e-mail messages or confidential data is requested. It is offering free information to the user.
  • Although it is not addressed by the Marketing on the Internet Code of Ethics, the ad is not offensive in text, photos, or implication pertaining to gender, ethnicity, and sexual inferences. Ethical professional conduct principles have been adhered to.
